Garlicky Shrimp Bake
A flavorful and easy-to-make shrimp bake recipe with a garlicky twist.

- β1 bunch Bok Choychopped
- β2 tablespoons Soy Saucelow sodium

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chopped bok choy to the bowl and toss to coat with the garlic-soy mixture.

Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat with the garlic-soy mixture.

Pour the olive oil into a 9x13-inch baking dish and spread it evenly across the bottom.

Add the shrimp and bok choy mixture to the baking dish and spread it out in an even layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
