Garlicky Chicken Enchilada Casserole
A creamy and flavorful casserole combining chicken, enchilada sauce, and a garlicky twist. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup enchilada saucestore-bought or homemade
- ●3 cloves garlicminced
- ●1 cup casseroleshredded cheese blend
- ●1 cup creamheavy cream or half-and-half
- ●1 cup mexican cheeseshredded queso fresco or Monterey Jack

Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through.

In a separate skillet, sauté the garlic until fragrant.

Stir in the enchilada sauce and bring to a simmer.
