Creamy Turkey Stir Fry
A quick and easy meal made with poached turkey, stir-fried in a creamy sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Turkey breast
- β2 tablespoons Garlicky saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup Creamy saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup Vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- β1 tablespoon Olive oil
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley
Instructions

Poach the turkey breast in boiling water for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until tender.

Add the garlicky sauce to the skillet and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the creamy sauce to the skillet and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the poached turkey to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
