Vietnamese Pho with Crisp Garlic
A flavorful and aromatic pho recipe with the added crunch of crispy garlic. Serve with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients

- β1 bunch Crispgarlic, sliced
- β2 pounds Vietnamesebeef bones, preferably oxtail or beef neck bones
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 cups Phobeef broth

1. In a large stockpot, char the beef bones over medium heat until caramelized.

2. Add the sliced ginger and garlic to the pot and cook for 1 minute.

4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for at least 1 hour.

5. Meanwhile, cook the sliced crisp garlic in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.

6. Strain the pho broth and discard the solids.
