Argentinian Sausage Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew originating from Argentina, made with garlicky sausages and crispy vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Garlicky Sausages
- β1 large onion, sliced Crispy Onions
- β1 pound Argentinian Stew Meat
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
- β2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- β1 cup Red Wine
- β2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- β4 cups Beef Broth
- β Salt and Pepper

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add sliced onions and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes.

Add garlicky sausages and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add Argentinian stew meat and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add garlic, chili flakes, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute.
