Filipino-Style Crispy Chicken Salad
A twist on the classic chicken salad recipe, this Filipino-inspired dish combines crispy fried chicken with fresh avocado and crunchy salad. A perfect fusion of flavors and textures.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup crumbly breadcrumbspreferably Panko
- β2 tablespoons filipino-style fried chicken seasoningstore-bought or homemade
- β1 medium ripe avocadodiced
- β4 cups mixed greens saladsuch as romaine, arugula, and red leaf lettuce

In a large bowl, mix together chicken pieces, breadcrumbs, and fried chicken seasoning.
