Greek Lamb Skewers
A flavorful and easy-to-make recipe featuring lamb skewers with a classic Greek twist. Perfect for a quick dinner or outdoor gathering.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Lambpreferably leg of lamb or a combination of leg and shoulder
- β1 cup Garlicky Yogurt Sauce (see below)see notes for yogurt sauce recipe
- β1/4 cup Olive oilfor brushing skewers
- β1/4 cup Crunchy Feta (see below)see notes for crunchy feta recipe
- β1 tablespoon Greek seasoningsuch as oregano, thyme, and rosemary
- βto taste Salt and pepper

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Cut the lamb into 1 1/2-inch cubes and thread onto skewers.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, and Greek seasoning.

Brush the skewers with the olive oil mixture, making sure to coat all sides.

Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145Β°F (63Β°C) for medium-rare.

Let the skewers rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Serve the skewers with a dollop of Garlicky Yogurt Sauce and a sprinkle of Crunchy Feta.
