Brittany-Style Garlic Bread
A simple, flavorful bread dish inspired by French cuisine. Perfect as a side or light snack.
Ingredients
- ●1 loaf Garlicky breadpreferably a day-old bread
- ●1/2 cup Fluffy pilafcrouton-like texture works best
- ●2 cups French breadpreferably a rustic bread
- ●2 tbsp Brittanychopped fresh herbs like parsley or thyme

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

2. Cut the garlicky bread into 1-inch cubes

3. Toss the bread cubes with melted butter until evenly coated

4. In a pan over medium heat, cook the fluffy pilaf until lightly toasted

5. Add the French bread to the pan and cook until it starts to toast

6. Sprinkle the Brittany herbs over the top of the bread

7. Transfer the bread mixture to a baking dish

8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
