Pan-Seared Moo Medallions with Garlicky Butter
A classic French dish featuring tender moo medallions served with a rich garlicky butter sauce.
Ingredients
- β4 (6 oz each) Moo medallions
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β2 tbsp Butter
- β1 tsp Flour
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- βchopped (optional) Fresh parsley
Instructions

Season the moo medallions with salt and black pepper.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add 1 tbsp of butter to the skillet and sear the moo medallions for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked to a safe internal temperature of 145Β°F.

Remove the moo medallions from the skillet and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium and add the remaining 1 tbsp of butter to the skillet.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.

Sprinkle the flour over the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Gradually add 2 tbsp of water to the skillet, whisking continuously.

Return the moo medallions to the skillet and spoon some of the garlicky butter sauce over the top.

Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
