Wagyu French Rillettes
A rich and indulgent French-inspired dish featuring tender wagyu meat in a garlicky rillettes sauce.

- β250g Wagyu beef, thinly slicedChoose a high-quality wagyu beef for optimal flavor and tenderness.
- β120ml Garlicky rillettes sauceHomemade or store-bought, adjust to taste.

Preheat your oven to 150Β°C (300Β°F).

Season the wagyu beef with salt and black pepper, then sear in a hot pan with olive oil until browned.

Transfer the beef to a baking dish and cover with foil. Roast in the oven for 2 hours, or until tender and easily shredded.

While the beef is cooking, heat the garlicky rillettes sauce in a separate pan over low heat.

Once the beef is cooked, shred it into bite-sized pieces and add to the rillettes sauce. Stir to combine.
