Beef Cutlet with Stir Fry
A delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the flavors of beef and stir-fry. Perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients

- β2 cloves garlickyminced
- β1 tablespoon friendlysoy sauce
- β1 teaspoon smokesmoked paprika
- β1 cup rawmixed vegetables
- β2 tablespoons stirvegetable oil
- β1 cup frycooked rice

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced beef cutlet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pan.
