Fried Boudin Balls
Crispy fried boudin balls are a delicious twist on traditional boudin. Perfect as a snack or appetizer.

- ●1 cup garlicky fried rice
- ●1 cup all-purpose flour

- ●1 cup indulgent breadcrumbs

Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the boudin, fried rice, flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix well until just combined.

Using your hands, shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.

Dredge the boudin balls in the flour, shaking off any excess.

Gently place the boudin balls into the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.
