Korean-Style Chicken Stir Fry
A quick and delicious Korean-inspired dish made with marinated chicken and stir-fried vegetables. Serve with rice or noodles for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, cut into bite-sized pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- β1 teaspoon Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)adjust to taste
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- β1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1/4 cup Green onions, chopped

1. In a large bowl, whisk together chili flakes, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

3. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.

4. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

6. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

7. Stir-fry the chicken in the skillet for 1-2 minutes, until heated through.
