Spicy Garlicky Kimchi Fried Rice

- β1 cup Mitbanchan (Korean fermented vegetables)any variety
- β1 cup Kimchispicy, chopped
- β2 tablespoons Gochujang (Korean chili paste)adjust level of spiciness to taste
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauceuse low-sodium option if possible
- β1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- βscallions, chopped Green onionsfor garnish
- β1 clove Sliced garlicfor added flavor

Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
