Thai-Style Scallion Buns
Soft, fluffy buns infused with the flavors of Thailand, perfect for snacking or as a side dish.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp garlicky saucestore-bought or homemade
- β2 cups all-purpose flour
- β1 tsp yeast
- β1 cup warm water
- β350Β°F bake
- β1 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and yeast.

Gradually add warm water, mixing until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 350Β°F.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch.

Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
