Mediterranean Braised Leek Dish
A hearty, flavorful dish featuring leeks in a rich braising liquid with a hint of Mediterranean spices.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp Garlicky Olive Oil
- β1 tsp Mediterranean Spice Blendavailable at most grocery stores
- β1 cup Light Chicken Broth
- β1/4 cup Braised Wineoptional

Heat the garlicky olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the halved leeks and cook for 10-12 minutes on each side, until tender and golden.

In a separate pot, combine the Mediterranean spice blend, light chicken broth, and braised wine.

Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the cooked leeks to the pot and simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the flavors have melded together.
