Garlicky Chicken Tacos
A twist on traditional tacos with a garlicky marinade, served with crispy chicken and fresh toppings.
Ingredients
- β4 Chicken breasts
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tsp Tacos seasoning
- β2 tbsp Light olive oil
- β2 tbsp Lime juice
- β8 Tortillas
- β1 cup Shredded cheese
- β1/4 cup Cilantrochopped
- β1 Sliced avocado

1. In a blender or food processor, combine garlic, lime juice, and tacos seasoning. Blend until smooth.

2. Place the chicken breasts in a large ziplock bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken and massage to coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

3. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

4. Meanwhile, warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

5. Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.

6. Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of the chicken onto a tortilla, followed by a sprinkle of cheese, a spoonful of cilantro, and a slice of avocado.
