Ethiopian-Inspired Wrap
A fusion of flavors from Ethiopia and the comfort of a wrap. This dish combines the crunch of injera with the savory taste of garlicky chicken.
Ingredients

- ●1 lb Lush Chicken Breastboneless, skinless
- ●2 tbsp Indulgent Olive Oilfor cooking
- ●1 tsp Ethiopian Spicesa mix of cumin, coriander, and paprika
- ●4-6 slices Injerafor wrapping
- ●1 Wraplarge flour tortilla

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the chicken breast with Ethiopian Spices and cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

While the chicken is cooking, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Once the chicken is done, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Warm the injera slices in the oven for 2-3 minutes.

Assemble the wraps by placing a slice of chicken, some garlic, and a sprinkle of Ethiopian Spices on each injera slice.

Top with a slice of wrap and serve immediately.
