Vegetarian Malaysian Pulled Pork Bake
A twist on traditional pulled pork, this vegetarian version uses a flavorful Malaysian-inspired glaze to add depth and richness. Serve with your favorite sides for a delicious and satisfying meal.

- β1 cup Pulled Oats
- β2 tbsp Malaysian Curry Paste
- β1 tbsp Lacto-Fermented Soy Sauce
- β1 tsp Vegetarian Worcestershire Sauce
- β1 tsp Bake-Basic Spices
- βto taste Salt
- βchopped (for garnish) Fresh Cilantro

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the garlicky mushroom and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the pulled oats to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

In a small bowl, whisk together the Malaysian curry paste, lacto-fermented soy sauce, vegetarian Worcestershire sauce, and bake-basic spices.
