Japanese Ramen with Cottage Cheese
A fusion twist on the classic Japanese noodle dish, featuring cottage cheese as a creamy addition.

- β1 package (200g) Quick Japanese Ramen Noodles
- β2 tbsp Garlicky Soy Sauce
- β1 cup (250g) Cottage Cheesedairy, low-calorie
- β1/2 cup (chopped) Green Onions
- β1 tsp Sesame Seeds

Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions.

In a separate pan, whisk together the garlicky soy sauce and 1 tbsp of water.

Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat with the soy sauce mixture.

In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese with a fork until smooth.

Add the chopped green onions and sesame seeds to the cottage cheese and mix well.

To assemble the dish, place a portion of the noodles on a plate, followed by a dollop of the cottage cheese mixture.
