German Fish Bowl
A hearty and flavorful German-inspired fish dish, served in a bowl with a side of garlicky roasted vegetables.
Ingredients

- β2 cups roasted vegetables (carrots, potatoes, onions)pre-roasted and chopped
- β2 tablespoons thai red curry pasteadjust to taste
- β1 bowllarge, ceramic or glass

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the fish with salt and pepper, and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle the fish with olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, heat the Thai red curry paste in a pan over medium heat.

Add the roasted vegetables to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
