Spanish Turkey Paella
A traditional Spanish dish with a twist, using turkey neck for added flavor. Serve with a side of garlic bread for a complete meal.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Spanish rice
- β2 cups garlicky chicken broth
- β1 large shaggy onions, diced
- β1 turkey neck, cut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 tablespoon paella seasoning
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- βas needed salt and pepper, to taste

Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan over medium-high heat.

Add the diced onions and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the turkey neck and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Add the Spanish rice and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the garlicky chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20-25 minutes or until the rice is cooked.

Stir in the paella seasoning and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
