Pan-Seared Cod with Algerian Spices and Crispy Shattering Crust

- ●2 tbsp (garlic-ginger spice blend) algerian
- ●2 cloves, minced garlicky
- ●1 tsp salt
- ●1 cup (cornstarch-based breading) shattering

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Season the cod fillets with salt and Algerian spice blend.

Dip each fillet into the garlicky mixture, then coat with shattering breading.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of oil.
