Japanese-Style Poke Tofu
A fusion of Japanese and Hawaiian flavors, this dish combines the tender tofu with a sweet and tangy marinade.
Ingredients
- β1 block (12 oz) tofuextra-firm
- β1/4 cup garlicky saucesee notes
- β2 tbsp brazilian sesame oilfor grilling
- β1 tsp poke seasoningor to taste
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped
- β1 tsp sesame seedsoptional

1. Cut the tofu into small cubes and place on a plate.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the garlicky sauce and poke seasoning.

3. Pour the marinade over the tofu and toss to coat.

4. Let the tofu marinate for at least 30 minutes.

5. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

6. Brush the tofu with the sesame oil and grill for 3-4 minutes per side.
