Spicy Ethiopian Beef Stir Fry
A flavorful and spicy Ethiopian-inspired beef stir fry made with tender beef, crunchy vegetables, and aromatic spices.
Ingredients
- β1 lb 1 lb beef (sirloin or ribeye)cut into thin strips
- β2 cups 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)sliced
- β2 cloves 2 cloves garlickyminced
- β1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon gored
- β1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon snappy
- β1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon gored
- β Salt and pepper to taste

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
