Ethiopian-Style Garlicky Vegan Custard Bake

- β1 1/2 cups custard
- β1 1/2 cups bake
- β2 cups non-dairy milk
- β1 cup all-purpose flour
- β1/4 cup coconut oil
- β1/2 cup maple syrup
- β1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
