Polish Garlic Bowl
A hearty and flavorful dish featuring tender polish meat, sautéed with garlic and served in a bowl.
Ingredients
- ●1 pound Polish sausage
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Pepper
- ●2 tablespoons Butter
- ●1 Bowlfor serving

1. Slice the polish sausage into 1-inch pieces.

2. In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat.

3. Add the sliced polish sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

4. Remove the cooked sausage from the skillet and set aside.

5. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter.

6. Add the minced garlic and garlic powder to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

7. Add the cooked polish sausage back into the skillet and stir to combine with the garlic mixture.
