Ukrainian Stew with Sweet Corn and Tender Beef
A hearty Ukrainian-inspired stew filled with tender beef, sweet corn, and a hint of garlic.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Tender BeefCut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 large Garlicky OnionChopped
- β2 teaspoons Ukrainian Stew SeasoningAvailable at most grocery stores
- β2 cups Sweet CornFresh or frozen, thawed
- β4 cups Beef BrothLow-sodium
- β2 cups Water
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- β1 tablespoon StewOptional, for added flavor

Heat a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the Ukrainian stew seasoning, beef broth, water, salt, and black pepper.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
