A vegan twist on a seafood classic, without any seafood. This dish combines the umami flavors of garlicky and torrified with the crunch of squid-free 'squid'.

- β1 block (14 oz) Squid-free 'squid' (Tofu)
- β2 cloves Garlickyminced
- β1 cup Torrified rice
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
