Uruguayan Grilled Skirt Steak with Roasted Garlic
A classic Uruguayan-style grilled skirt steak served with a side of roasted garlic. Perfect for a dinner or special occasion.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season the skirt steak with Uruguayan seasoning blend, making sure to coat all sides evenly.

Grill the skirt steak for 4-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

While the steak is grilling, slice the garlic cloves in half lengthwise.

Place the garlic cloves on the grill and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the garlic is tender and lightly charred.
