Creamy Garlic Chicken Tagine
A rich and flavorful French-inspired chicken tagine, made with a creamy garlic sauce and served with a side of crusty bread.
Ingredients
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 tablespoons of the paste garlicky
- β1 cup of heavy cream velvety
- β1/2 cup of chicken broth energizing
- β1 teaspoon of berbere spice ethiopian
- β1 whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces tagine
Instructions

1. Heat the oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

2. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

3. Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the berbere spice and cook for 1 minute.

5. Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and garlic paste. Stir to combine.

6. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
