Garlicky Sea Bass with French Pilaf

- β1 cup uncooked white rice french
- β4 sea bass fillets (6 oz each) sea
- β1 cup water bass
- β2 cups vegetable broth pilaf

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the sea bass fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the sea bass fillets for 2-3 minutes per side, then transfer to the oven.

Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.

While the fish is cooking, prepare the pilaf.
