Grilled Levantine Lamb Chops with Garnacha Glaze

Ingredients

- ●2 tablespoons Levantineminced
- ●1 cup Garnachared wine
- ●2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- ●2 cloves Garlicminced
- ●2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- ●1 tablespoon Honey
- ●1 teaspoon Salt
- ●1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preheat grill to 400°F (200°C).

Season lamb chops with salt and black pepper.

In a small bowl, whisk together Levantine, garlic, lemon juice, and honey.

Brush lamb chops with olive oil and place on grill.
