Vietnamese Spring Rolls
A classic Vietnamese dish made with fresh spring roll wrappers, vegetables, and herbs, served with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 package (about 20 wrappers) Spring roll wrappers (rice paper)
- β1 cup Shredded carrot
- β1 cup Shredded cabbage
- β1 cup Bean sprouts
- β1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves
- β1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves
- βas desired Garnishes (fresh herbs, sesame seeds, etc.)
- βas desired Sweet and spicy dipping sauce
Instructions

Soak the spring roll wrappers in warm water for about 10-15 seconds, until they become pliable and soft.

Lay a wrapper flat and place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center of the wrapper.

Fold the bottom half of the wrapper up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up the wrapper to form a tight cylinder.

Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

Serve the spring rolls with sweet and spicy dipping sauce.
