Uruguayan Paella
A hearty Uruguayan-inspired dish featuring pan-seared paella crumbles and crispy gcrumbly bread.
Ingredients
- ●1 cup Gcrumblycrushed into bread crumbs
- ●2 cups Uruguayan Paella Crumblespan-seared for extra crunch
- ●1 tablespoon Panused for pan-searing the paella crumbles
- ●2 tablespoons Olive Oilfor sautéing
- ●2 cloves Garlicminced
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Black Pepper
- ●1/4 cup Fresh Parsleychopped
- ●1/2 cup Feta Cheese (optional)crumbled
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the pan-seared paella crumbles and stir to combine with the garlic and oil.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.

Remove the skillet from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

If using feta cheese, crumble it on top of the paella crumbles.

Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.

Meanwhile, preheat a separate pan over medium heat.

Add the gcrumbly bread crumbs and cook, stirring occasionally, until crispy and golden brown.

Serve the gcrumbly bread on the side, or crumble it on top of the paella crumbles for added crunch.
