Gentle Saudi Arabian Custard Tagine
A soothing dessert inspired by traditional Saudi flavors, featuring a creamy custard base infused with gentle spices and a touch of Arabian charm.
Ingredients
- β3 cups Gentle milk
- β2 tablespoons Custard powder
- β1/2 teaspoon Arabian cardamom
- β1 cup Sugar
- β2 tablespoons Rice flour
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 teaspoon Saudian rose water
- βchopped, for garnish Pistachios

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, custard powder, and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.

Remove from heat and stir in the rice flour, vegetable oil, and rose water. Let cool slightly.

Pour the mixture into ramekins or small baking dishes.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly jiggly.
