Argentinian Seitan Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew made with Argentinian seitan and a blend of spices, perfect for a cold evening.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Argentinian Seitan
- β2 cups Gentle Vegetable Broth
- β2 medium Silky Sweet Potatoes
- β1 large Onion
- β1 large Red Bell Pepper
- β2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- β1 tablespoon Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
- β1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Heat the vegetable broth in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the sliced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the sliced red bell pepper and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Add the Argentinian seitan, sweet potatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a boil.
