Spiced Moroccan Fish Tagine
A flavorful and aromatic North African-inspired fish stew cooked in a clay pot. The spices and herbs infuse the fish with a rich and complex flavor.

- ●2 tablespoons Moroccan Spiced Olive OilHomemade or store-bought
- ●2 teaspoons Moroccan SpicesRas el hanout blend
- ●1 tablespoon grated GingerFresh
- ●2 cloves minced GarlicFresh
- ●1/4 cup chopped Fresh ParsleyFresh
- ●2 tablespoons Lemon JuiceFreshly squeezed
- ●1 teaspoon SaltTo taste
- ●1/2 teaspoon Black PepperTo taste

1. Heat the Moroccan spiced olive oil in a clay tagine or a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

2. Add the grated ginger and minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

3. Add the Moroccan spices and stir for 1 minute.

4. Add the fish fillets and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.

5. Add the chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the tagine.

6. Cover the tagine with a lid and transfer to the oven.

7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
