- β2 tablespoons mild Thai red curry paste
- β1 tablespoon fish sauce
- β1 tablespoon sugar
- β2 tablespoons lime juice
- β1 cup gentlechicken broth
- β1 cup velvetycoconut cream
- β1 cup kaocooked jasmine rice
