Spiced Indian Lentil Tagine

- ●1 medium Onion
- ●2 inches Ginger
- ●1 teaspoon Indian spices Blend of cumin, coriander, and turmeric
- ●1 teaspoon Gentle curry powder
- ●to taste Salt
- ●2 tablespoons Ghee or oil
- ●4 cups Water
- ●1 cup Glazed carrotsOptional, for added sweetness

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add onion, ginger, and Indian spices; sauté until onion is translucent.
