Ethiopian Lamb Tibs
A flavorful and spicy Ethiopian dish made with tender lamb, onions, and a blend of aromatic spices. Serve over a bed of warm injera bread for a truly authentic experience.

- β2 Onionchopped
- β2 tbsp Fir (Fresh thyme)chopped
- β2 tbsp Spiced Ghee (Clarified Butter)
- β1 tsp Ethiopian SpicesBerbere spice blend
- βto taste Salt

Heat the spiced ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped lamb and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the chopped fir (thyme), Ethiopian spices, and salt. Stir to combine.

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes or until the lamb is tender.
