Tunisian Tagine Stew

- β1 tsp tunisian
- β2 tsp plant based friendly tagine spice mix
- β2 cups vegetable broth
- β1 can chickpeas
- β2 medium carrots
- β2 medium potatoes
- β1 medium zucchini
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 tsp salt

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the carrots, potatoes, and zucchini. Cook for 5 minutes.
