Rye Grilled Cheese
A simple grilled cheese sandwich made with rye bread and served with melted ghee.
Ingredients
- β2 slices Rye bread
- β1 tablespoon Ghee
- β2 slices Style cheese
Instructions

1. Preheat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.

2. Butter one side of each slice of rye bread with ghee.

3. Place one slice of rye bread, butter side down, in the pan.

4. Place two slices of style cheese on top of the bread in the pan.

5. Place the second slice of rye bread, butter side up, on top of the cheese.

6. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

7. Flip the sandwich over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the other side is also golden brown.

8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
