Tunisian Cardamom Chicken Tagine

- β4-5 giant cardamom podscrush the pods to release the seeds
- β1 large onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons tunisian cardamom tagine spice blend
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 cup chicken broth
- β2 tablespoons honey
- β2 lemonsjuiced

Heat the oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
