Spicy Korean Cauliflower Bowl
A spicy and flavorful cauliflower bowl inspired by Korean cuisine, perfect for a quick and nutritious meal.
Ingredients
- β1 head cauliflower
- β2 inches ginger
- β1 tsp korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- β2 tbsp soy sauce
- β1 tsp brown sugar
- β1 tbsp rice vinegar
- β1 tsp sesame oil
- β1 tsp sesame seeds
- β1/4 cup green onions
- β1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

1. Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

2. Rinse the cauliflower and break it into florets. Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tsp of sesame oil. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until tender.

3. In a large skillet, heat 1 tsp of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the ginger and cook for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.

4. Add the korean chili flakes and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

5. Add the soy sauce and brown sugar to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

6. Add the roasted cauliflower to the skillet and toss to coat with the spicy sauce.

7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the cauliflower is well coated.

8. Stir in the rice vinegar and toasted sesame seeds.
