Spicy Pad Thai Stir Fry
A classic Thai stir fry made with crispy tofu and a spicy sauce. Quick and easy to make, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) Tofu
- β2 tbsp Gingerly Sauceavailable in most grocery stores
- β1 tbsp Peppery Oyster Sauce
- β1 package (8 oz) Thai Rice Noodles
- β1/4 cup Thai Basil
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β1 tsp Sugar
- β1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Instructions

Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

Cut the tofu into small cubes and pan-fry until golden brown.

In a separate pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add the gingerly sauce, peppery oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir well.

Add the Thai basil and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the cooked noodles and tofu to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
