Tahini Chicken Wrap
A flavorful Mexican-inspired dish with crispy chicken, creamy tahini sauce, and crunchy glassy elements.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Chicken breastBoneless and skinless
- β1/2 cup Tahini
- β1/2 cup GlassyCrushed or chopped
- β1 Algerian wrap
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β2 tbsp Lemon juice
- β1 clove GarlicMinced
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1 tsp Chili powder

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, cumin, and chili powder.

Bake the chicken in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

In a blender, combine tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and 2 tbsp of water. Blend until smooth.

Heat the tahini sauce in a pan over medium heat.

Add the crushed glassy to the tahini sauce and stir to combine.

Warm the Algerian wrap in the oven for 2-3 minutes.

Slice the cooked chicken and place it in the center of the wrap.

Spoon the tahini sauce over the chicken and top with additional glassy if desired.

Fold the wrap to enclose the filling and serve immediately.
