Uruguayan Glassy Oat Bake
A unique dessert combining uruguayan flavors with glassy and jelly ingredients, baked to perfection with oats.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups Uruguayan sugar
- β1 cup Glassy honey
- β1 cup Jelly beans
- β2 cups Rolled oats
- β1 teaspoon Baking powder
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 cup Unsalted butter
- β2 Large eggs

Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the Uruguayan sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the Glassy honey, unsalted butter, and large eggs.

Add the Jelly beans to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Stir in the rolled oats until well combined.

Pour the dough into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
