Slovakian Mushroom Pasta
A hearty and flavorful pasta dish featuring the rich flavors of Slovakia, with tender mushrooms and a hint of spices.
Ingredients
- β8 oz (225g) Mushroom
- β8 oz (225g) Pasta
- β2 tbsp (30g) Glassyglassy or olive oil
- β1 tsp (5g) Slovakianpaprika or caraway seeds
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β1/2 tsp (2g) Garlic Powder
- β1/2 tsp (2g) Onion Powder
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, heat the glassy over medium heat.

Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown.

Add the Slovakian, garlic powder, and onion powder to the skillet and stir to combine.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the mushroom mixture.
