Peruvian-Style Roasted Ribs
A delicious and flavorful recipe for Peruvian-style roasted ribs, perfect for a dinner party or special occasion.
Ingredients

- ●2 tablespoons Peruvian aji amarillo pepper paste
- ●1 tablespoon Glazed soy sauce
- ●2 tablespoons Tender brown sugar
- ●1 teaspoon Roast garlic powder
- ●1 teaspoon Salt
- ●1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- ●chopped (optional) Fresh cilantro

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the aji amarillo pepper paste, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Place the pork ribs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the Peruvian spice mixture evenly onto both sides of the ribs.

Roast the ribs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Reduce the oven temperature to 300°F (150°C) and continue roasting for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the ribs are tender and caramelized.
